Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Creditors Rights Florida Licensed Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including various types of Credits rights, Debt Litigation, civil litigation, plus if you have Family Law , Criminal, Real Estate, Probate and Estate Planning. This role requires excellent research and legal drafting skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal issues while providing exceptional client service. The firm has built itself on doing law better.

We are a fully remote firm, we focus on doing law better. The firm is fully remote, expect for court appearances which mostly are remote. The firm tries to do law better by using efficient resources and heavy use of technology and AI automations. We’ve grown 300% every year we’ve been open and have expanded to 4 states.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, demand letters and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to personal injury claims and workers’ compensation cases.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations under tribal law regulations and other relevant statutes.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and provide high-quality legal services.
Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal administrative standards.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ cases or the practice of law.
Skills
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Strong understanding of personal injury law, workers’ compensation law, estate planning, and tribal law regulations.
Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex legal issues effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
Proven organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
