Goldman & Associates Law Firm is seeking a qualified and motivated Family Law Attorney to join its established and high-performing legal team. This position is designed for attorneys who are committed to developing their skills, gaining meaningful courtroom experience, and contributing to a results-driven practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and judgments
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements while safeguarding client interests
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
- Provide clear, strategic legal guidance throughout all stages of representation
- Remain current with Michigan family law statutes and procedures
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Bar license in good standing (required)
- Minimum of one (1) year of family law experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Effective negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently with strong organizational skills

Pay: $90,000.00 – $138,000.00 per year
