You would be an integral member of our dedicated litigation team. In this pivotal position, you will represent clients in various legal proceedings, draft essential legal documents, and provide expert legal advice on transactions.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Teach and create other litigators from our associates
Supervise all litigation teams
Complete tasks ensuring timely completion
Represent clients in court or before governmental bodies
Prepare and draft vital legal documentation on behalf of clients
Triage a case load to task it out properly
Provide comprehensive legal advice on business and transactional matters
Negotiate settlements in legal disputes effectively
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
Perform essential administrative and management functions related to offering legal services
Having a firm grasp of technology is a must to use the applications necessary to work remotely
**Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of legal experience is preferred but not necessary
Valid and active Texas Bar license that is in good standing
Federal court practice is preferred but not necessary
Proficiency in various legal documents and procedures
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to build a strong rapport with clients and colleagues alike
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A strong sense of practical judgment
Pride in work product is a must
