Job Title: Associate Attorney – Consumer Protection & Civil Litigation

Compensation: $75,000 – $145,479/year
Schedule: 8-hour shift | Weekends as needed

What You’ll Do:
Litigate cases under including California Lemon Law
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and attend hearings
Handle all stages of litigation: from filing to trial prep
Meet and confer with opposing counsel
Conduct and defend depositions
Oversee vehicle inspections and surrenders
Prepare for and participate in trials (depending on experience)
What We’re Looking For:
Active member in good standing with the California Bar
1–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Lemon Law, consumer protection, personal injury, or product liability
Strong grasp of California Rules of Civil Procedure
Familiarity with Federal Civil Procedure is a plus
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organizational and case management skills
A team player with a competitive spirit and a commitment to client advocacy
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience in settlement negotiation or mediation
Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking) candidates encouraged to apply
Willingness to travel for depositions, inspections, or court appearances as needed
