Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on significant responsibility in a collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact in the lives of injured clients.
Primary Practice Areas
Motor vehicle accidents and traffic crashes
Slip and fall cases
Toxic tort litigation
General personal injury matters
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses
Attend case management conferences and court hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals
Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates
Assist with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy as needed
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Illinois (Wisconsin bar admission preferred but not required)
Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation experience
Experience with personal injury case management and litigation procedures
Strong deposition and courtroom advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in legal research and case management software
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Trial experience in personal injury matters
Knowledge of Illinois and Wisconsin personal injury law and procedures
Experience with toxic tort or complex litigation matters
Established relationships with medical providers and experts
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
