Key Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation, including depositions and motion practice.
Analyze legal issues and prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Maintain client relationships by providing legal guidance and counseling on potential risks and defense strategies.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California.
2+ years of experience in insurance defense.
Base Salary Range: $155,000 – $220,000 / annually
