What You’ll Do:
Represent our clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and conduct legal research.
Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys and legal professionals.
Other tasks as needed that help us effectively run our business.
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Virginia state bar license.
Family law experience or law school family law clinic experience
Strong negotiation and litigation skills with a client-centered approach.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively to achieve an annual billable target of 1500 hours.
Passion for family law and advocacy for clients navigating complex legal issues.
Must be able to appear for court, depositions, mediation, or any other in-person event in which our clients need legal support.
