Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in Cleveland, with some work from home acceptable. The Family Law Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as client consultations, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and handling motions and depositions.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Family Law and Legal Issues
Experience with Motions and Depositions
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar Association
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
