Position:
Director of Operations + Recruitment, TBLS B.C.P Family Law Paralegal
Step into an impactful role as an attorney exclusively practicing family law. We are seeking someone who is truly passionate about providing unwavering support to mothers & advocating for child-related matters. Our firm primarily, but doesn’t exclusively, service mothers.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-6+ years practicing family law, showcasing familiarity with Texas family law statutes and procedures.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Skillful in communicating with clients and expressing genuine compassion to families who feel/are in “crisis”
Ability to satisfy a 1450/year billable hours requirement
