Location: Colleyville, TX — This is an in-person position designed for attorneys who can maintain a reasonable commute to the office. Flex Fridays are offered every other Friday out of the office.
Note: Active membership with the State Bar of Texas and family law experience are must-have qualifications. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Colleyville, generally within approximately 20 miles, as relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description
- Conduct client consultations and participate in new client sign-ups.
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Represent clients in court and contested family law proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide timely updates regarding case strategy and progression.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and overall case progression.
- Collaborate with paralegals and other attorneys to move matters forward efficiently.
- Develop practical litigation strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining high standards of professionalism and legal advocacy.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar License and membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- 1+ year of directly relevant family law experience.
- Strong interest in family law litigation, courtroom advocacy, and client representation.
- Excellent legal writing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with the broader legal team.
- Professional, self-motivated, accountable, and client-focused.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Colleyville, TX; relocation assistance is not available.
