We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients navigating complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and spousal support. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and alimony arrangements
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, settlement agreements, and court motions with precision and clarity
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Prepare for and participate in court depositions, trials, and hearings to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Negotiate settlements that align with clients’ best interests while maintaining professional integrity
- Manage case files efficiently using legal case management systems to track deadlines and documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer sound legal advice on complex issues such as estate planning, immigration law, employment law, and securities law
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in family law practice with a strong understanding of procedural law knowledge and statutory legal research methods
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a passion for legal advocacy and litigation excellence
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with experience in legal administrative processes and case management systems

Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
