Job Description
** Ryan Family Law Group is seeking a junior to experienced family law litigator for either contract or part-time work, with full-time opportunities available for the right candidate. Candidates located near the Bay Area, California, are preferred.
We are looking for a self-starter who has high standards, possesses excellent writing skills, and a keen intellect. This position is fully remote, with the opportunity to set your own hours subject to appearance needs. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Legal Solutions, Lexis/Westlaw, and Clio is a plus.
Expected *
Drafting pleadings, motions (or RFOs), declarations, points and authorities, and handling all aspects of litigation and discovery.
Conducting online research.
Preparing settlement and trial briefs.
Managing evidence to be introduced at hearings and trials, including working on exhibits.
Making court appearances on assigned cases.
Working independently with clients.
Minimum *Must have passed the California Bar exam, possess a California Driver’s license, and have insurance for the vehicle used to drive to hearings when needed.
Expected *From $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (depending on experience). If the candidate becomes full-time, salary would range from $70,000.00 to $ per year.

3 years of writing skills (Preferred), 1 year of contracts (Preferred). Newly CA bar passed attorneys with some Family Law experience are welcome to apply.
