A well-established and highly regarded full-service law firm in the South Bay is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its collaborative and growing team. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring several days a week in the firm’s San Jose office.

Position Overview
The firm is seeking a motivated associate with a solid foundation in family law who is looking to further develop their skills. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of family law matters, with opportunities to gain significant courtroom and trial experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle a range of family law matters, including dissolution, custody, support, and related proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist with case strategy and preparation for hearings and trial
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented setting
- Maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- 2+ years of family law or related litigation experience
- Active membership in the California Bar
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competitive compensation package
