Job Title: CRO-Contracts Administrator (Biostatistics & Consulting)
Department: CRO / Biostatistics Operations Support
FLSA Status: Exempt
Lotus Clinical Research is looking for a Contracts Administrator, Coordinator or Specialist to join their team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have clinical contract experience, biostatistics preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employee performs all, part, and/or any combination of the duties listed below.
Be the contracting point of contact and represent Department in customer relationships
Negotiate scope of work and draft/execute new contracts with Department customers per biostatistics projects and consulting services
Develop and contract change orders as needed with Department customers per biostatistics projects and consulting services
Track open and pending Department contracts (biostatistics and consulting), and change order budgets including financial projections
Liaise with Department customers and internal project team
Coordinate and implement biostatistics contract management activities and processes
Suggest biostatistics contract management processes, policies, and methods
Amend or renew contract terms of existing customers and close out customer contracts as applicable
Maintain internal filing and document processing per Department customer/biostatistics project
Support monthly and project end budget reconciliations
Liaise with Company business development team to estimate adequate biostatistics scope of work for RFPs
Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts and amendments for various Company-awarded biostatistics projects
Draft, negotiate, and finalize budgets (and subsequent amendments to budgets) for various Company-awarded biostatistics projects in coordination with Controller and Company business development team
Communicate and work effectively and professionally via email and phone; capable of problem solving and de-escalation as necessary
Review and negotiate legal terms in consultation with Controller
Establish master service agreements, as necessary
Develop and negotiate rate cards for MSAs, as necessary
Provide legal support to Company Vendor Contracts Manager as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal terms
Experience with redlining legal documents and implementing version history controls
Experience with executing contracts and document signatures
Experience with customers/third parties
Experience with creating and defending budgets
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business and 10+ years of clinical contracting and budgeting experience
Paralegal strongly preferred
Biostatistics or Life Sciences experience preferred
