We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join our firm in an Of Counsel capacity, focusing on Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated professional looking for part-time, flexible work with the potential for long-term growth.
Key Details:
Compensation: 1099 basis, paid according to income generated from your work.
Workload: Flexible hours, part-time commitment, remote-friendly. In person required for client meetings and signings.
Support: We provide a consistent flow of cases and administrative support to help you succeed.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
Capable of independently handling estate planning and administration matters.
Comfortable adhering to established law firm protocols and practice management systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative spirit to help grow the practice.
