To strengthen this mission, we are looking for an experienced expert who will ensure pricing law compliance and financial integrity across our most strategic programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparation, execution, and documentation of general and individual price audits
- Ensuring pricing law compliance for existing contracts and future programs
- Analyzing the correct calculatory treatment of costs as well as assessing the marketability and market conformity of pricing structures
- Preparing and validating bid calculations in close coordination with the Sales department
- Advising internal departments on procurement procedures, tenders, and bid reviews
- Contributing to the design and review of contract structures from a pricing law perspective
- Identifying pricing-related and financial risks and developing concrete countermeasures
- Continuously monitoring relevant legislation and case law and evaluating their impact on the company
- Designing and conducting training sessions for Finance, Procurement, and Project teams
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Law, Finance, or Controlling – or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Cost Accounting, Pricing, Compliance, or Contract Management
- Sound understanding of cost calculation, pricing, and cost accounting
- Experience in dealing with public sector clients, regulated markets, or pricing law audit procedures – ideally in the aerospace or defense industry
- Ability to independently analyze regulatory and legal requirements and apply them operationally
- Strong interface skills working with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Project teams
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
