About the Role:
Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience in personal injury litigation to join our trial team. The ideal candidate has substantial litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Candidates may come from plaintiff or defense backgrounds, but plaintiff-side experience is required and a passion for representing injured individuals is essential.
This role is ideal for a litigation attorney ready to take an active role in preparing cases for trial and working closely with senior trial attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex personal injury litigation matters from filing through trial
- Take and defend expert and party depositions
- Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions in limine
- Develop litigation strategy and work closely with the firm’s trial attorneys
- Prepare cases for trial, mediation, and arbitration
- Coordinate with medical experts and liability experts
- Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation staff when necessary
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership
- Minimum 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Experience working on a trial team
- Experience taking expert depositions
- Strong motion writing and litigation strategy skills
- Plaintiff-side experience required (defense experience welcome in addition)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trial experience as first or second chair
- Experience handling high-value personal injury cases
- Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills

Pay: $280,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
