Seeking Paralegal for F-T Position

Requirements:
Ability to perform common paralegal tasks under minimal supervision
Ability to master discovery rules and filings in state and federal courts
Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
Prepare filings for state and federal courts
Maintain case calendars and client files
Prepare pleadings and other documents for attorney review
Conduct basic legal research
Preference is given to candidates who are enrolled or have graduated from an ABA Accredited Paralegal Program
The office of Katzoff & Riggs LLP is situated inside the Emeryville Warehouse Lofts. An award-winning mixed-use building originally constructed in 1925 as a fruit drying warehouse and converted in 1999. The location is close to public transportation, shopping, and numerous restaurants.
