We are seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal to join our team! You will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys’ legal needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research to support proceedings
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
Investigate facts to assist in legal negotiations
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Maintain and organize client information
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal or in a related legal field
Knowledge of legal research methods
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Our high-volume plaintiff’s personal injury law practice has been in operation for over 25 years. We are seeking an experienced paralegal to support our attorneys’ needs. Responsibilities include drafting discovery demands and responses, bills of particulars, summons and complaints, conducting investigations, and client communication. Please note, this is not a remote position.
