Position: Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Needed
Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, negotiate settlements, and go to court.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Negotiate settlements
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
Previous experience in litigation
Familiarity with various legal documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: Salary or draw plus commission for the first year or two and commission only after that.
