Required Qualifications
Active license to practice law in North Carolina
Minimum 5 years of legal and trial experience specifically in family law
Demonstrated strong trial, negotiation, research, drafting, and communication skills
Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and their staff
Meticulous attention to applicable case law, local rules, and civil procedure
Commitment to client-centered representation and ethical practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
