Key Responsibilities:

• Manage serious complaint and statutory review files

• Draft legal documents including correspondence and citations

• Analyze and organize assigned files and legal materials

• Conduct legal precedent research and cite authority

• Liaise with internal and external legal parties

Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate or diploma preferred

• Minimum five years’ relevant legal experience

• Strong written and oral skills, including legal drafting

• Proficiency in legal research databases

• Ability to handle privileged information with discretion
