Medical Records Legal Assistant/ Paralegal: The candidate will be ensuring all medical records and other records have been received primarily in personal injury cases; drafting a medical summary of the injuries and treatment each client received; continuous following up with medical providers; drafting the demand letters; collecting and summarizing medical records that pre-date and post-date the injury arising from the legal claim; review client’s file for outstanding discovery in preparation for court appearances, pleadings, depositions and trial preparation; prepare and organize material needed for expert witness review; assemble chronologies of key documents; manage documents and organize case files

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
