Part Time. Some work can be done remotely. Preferred – 2-3 years of solid IMMIGRATION LAW experience. NOT Willing to train. Must have excellent typing and computer skills. You will also work on NON-Immigration laws, too.
Should be able to work on asylum, adjustment of status and consular processing cases with little supervision
I am seeking a bilingual legal assistant. (Spanish and English). Must have excellent typing skills and have a dynamic personality. Must be able to translate and interpret perfectly.
