About the Position:
Candidate is an experienced litigation paralegal with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients. Ability to work well with co-workers and clients is a must. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a litigation practice, preferably Family Law.

Responsibilities:
· Case management and customer service for clients
· Managing attorney’s calendars
· Managing and maintaining prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys
· Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and trial preparation
· Track deadlines and maintain organized digital files
· Interact with clients in a professional and responsive manner
· Track and record billable time
Qualifications: A successful applicant has:
· 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably Family Law
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Knowledge of the litigation process through discovery and trial
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Accountability
· Self-motivated
· Organized
Pay: $24+ per hour, DOE
Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays & Health Benefits (eligible after a 60-day waiting period)
