Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Glen Allen, VA. The Associate Attorney will engage in a variety of tasks, including conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The attorney will work closely with the experienced team at Setliff Law across a range of legal matters including casualty litigation, commercial litigation, and more.

Law and Legal Advice skills
Labor and Employment Law experience
Research skills
Negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Membership in the Virginia State Bar
Experience in any of Setliff Law’s practice areas is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,096.71 – $79,600.34 per year
