Need an EXPERIENCED Law Clerk and Intake Coordinator for a personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills. Responsibilities include:
– Answering phone calls and doing intake for new potential clients
– Scanning documents
– Sending forms to clients
– Preparing form letters
– Requesting medical records
– Assisting attorneys with various other tasks
Requirements:
– MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH (reading & writing)
– MUST have prior law firm experience, preferably at a personal injury firm
– Excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
