Experienced Federal Litigation Paralegal (Contract, As-Needed) Jobs in Remote at The Emanuelson Firm
We are a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Texas. We are looking to develop a long-term relationship with an experienced federal litigation paralegal who enjoys working independently and is interested in providing contract support on an as-needed basis only. This is not a full-time position and there are no guaranteed hours. Some weeks may require significant assistance, while others may require none at all. We are looking for someone who appreciates that flexibility and is interested in becoming a trusted resource for the practice as matters arise.
The work primarily involves supporting our principal attorney through all phases of litigation, including case management, court filings, docket management, document organization, discovery, deposition preparation, trial preparation, cite-checking, and general litigation support. Most matters are in federal court, although some state court litigation may also be involved.
While experience in intellectual property litigation is certainly a plus, it is not required. What matters most is strong federal litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
