Consumer Law Partners is looking for an experienced attorney to join our fast-growing team!
We are seeking experienced  Employment/Wrongful Termination  attorneys to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of employment law and a
proven track record
of successfully representing clients in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related matters.
Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in a variety of employment law cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
– Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
– Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
– Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
– Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
– Stay current on changes in employment law and legal trends
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
– Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
– Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment law
– Strong research, writing, and
analytical skills
– Excellent
communication
and negotiation abilities
– Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently
