Position:
Associate Criminal Defense Attorney
Responsibilities:
Assist partners in criminal litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Demonstrate proficiency in trial advocacy.
Draft motions and briefs with precision and excellence.
Present compelling arguments in state and federal court proceedings.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
1-4 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally within the district attorney’s office, public defender’s office, or a private criminal defense firm.
Motivated self-starter with a commitment to excellence.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Proven trial experience, including motions practice.
Strong writing abilities with a track record of producing high-quality legal documents.
