We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will:
Collaborate with senior attorneys to handle a diverse portfolio of real estate and business transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and estate planning documents.
Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide strategic advice to clients, advocating for their best interests in every transaction.
Assist in managing closings and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the CT bar association is required.
Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred but not mandatory; internships or clerkships will be considered.
Proficiency in legal administrative tasks and familiarity with legal software tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interaction and representation.
