Bankruptcy Paralegal – Remote
We are hiring an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal for a full-time remote position.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities
- Prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions.
- Review petitions prepared by other paralegals.
- Review client documents and financial information for accuracy.
- Prepare and review schedules, statements, exemptions, Means Tests, and related bankruptcy forms.
- Identify missing information, errors, and inconsistencies before attorney review.
- Manage assigned cases and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience.
- Strong experience with both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
- Ability to independently prepare a bankruptcy petition from start to finish.
- Experience reviewing petitions for accuracy and completeness.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to prepare and review Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases with minimal supervision.
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
