About the Position:
We are working with a busy Chicago boutique law firm, with a focus on non-profit organizations, that has an immediate need for an experienced generalist attorney (7+ years). The attorneys at this firm are experienced in the full range of issues faced by clients, including antitrust, corporate governance, intellectual property, business formation, environmental regulation, and tax, and have substantive expertise in a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, retail, financial services, technology, and construction.
The firm acts as “outside general counsel” to their non-profit clients.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on the full range of issues facing not-for-profit organizations
· Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high quality client service
Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of broad-based transactional and counseling experience
· Experience working with not-for-profit clients
· Strong interest in counseling clients and desire for a broad legal practice
· Top law school credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position starts at $215,000
