Expatriate Affairs Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle expatriate administration and documentation
- Manage KITAS, visa, passport, and work permit processes
- Coordinate with government agencies and related parties
- Arrange accommodation, transportation, and expatriate support needs
- Maintain expatriate data and ensure document validity
- Assist expatriates with daily operational matters
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, or related field
✔ Experience in expatriate affairs or general affairs is preferred
✔ Understand KITAS, visa, and work permit processes
✔ Good communication skills in English
✔ Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative work
✔ Able to work independently and under pressure
