Desired Experience:

We are seeking a full-time, well-rounded, experienced Florida Family Law Paralegal. A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Florida Family Law is highly preferred for this position. A Paralegal degree or certificate is not required.

Your track record should demonstrate your ability to lead through both influence and learn through growth. The right candidate for this position should exhibit the following; ability to work independently (under the supervision of an attorney), familiarity with county websites (e-filing portal, etc.), working knowledge of Google and Google Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar), as well as Microsoft Word and Excel, have a positive mindset, be dependable and a self-starter, a team player with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), ability to set and manage goals, timelines and priorities, a high level of organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, be an effective communicator with a strong attention to detail.

This role also allows you to make a significant impact in helping families in need in SWFL. Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is typically within $45,000.00-$60,000.00, which is accompanied by performance-based bonuses and other incentives. The individuals’ pay, including bonuses and incentives, is based on various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. Additional benefits we supply are 401(k) with employer match, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, flexible schedules, and the ability to work from home.
