Job Summary
Principle Responsibilities:
- Review, draft and prepare all contracts in the company
- Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legislation and regulations
- Provide Legal advice
- Liaise with external lawyers or law firms for any litigation cases
- Any ad-hoc task which required by Management
Qualifications
- The appointee will need to have:
- Bachelor degree in Law (LLB)
- 2-3 years of experience (In House is preferred)
- Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English
- Able to work with minimum supervision, multi-tasking and meet deadlines
