Job Description / Responsibility
We're seeking an experienced legal professional to serve as senior in-house counsel, providing legal oversight across the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review, advise on, and provide final sign-off on contracts and agreements.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
- Review public-facing legal and compliance materials before publication.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable local and global data, internet, and corporate laws.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Skills Required: Criminal Law, Company Law, Civil Lawyer, MS Word
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Real Estate
