We are looking for an Executive Legal Associate
SBSB Fintech Lawyers is growing, and we are looking for an Executive Legal Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work on international projects, support key clients, solve complex issues involving banks and regulators, and help businesses achieve their goals.
Who we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of legal experience in international consulting or an in-house role within IT, FinTech, Crypto, or iGaming
• Experience with licensing projects and regulatory matters
• Law degree
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian (C1 level)
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level
• Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to provide practical legal solutions
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Experience advising clients directly
What you’ll do:
• Support clients and manage international licensing projects
• Design corporate, investment, and tax structures
• Participate in building international business structures
• Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, and internal policies
• Communicate with foreign regulators, banks, and business partners
• Coordinate the work of Junior Lawyers and Paralegals
• Advise clients independently
