The Role
As an in house Litigation Attorney for Lloyd & Mousilli, you will be responsible for:
Legal research and analysis
Litigation drafting, in both state and federal court
Client communication
Motion practice, including dispositive motions with oral argument as necessary
Discovery, including depositions

What we need from you
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
5+ years of experience in Litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
