About the Company

Our client, a highly respected AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support the firm’s Global Managing Partner in their NYC office. This is a high-level, visible role that requires an exceptionally polished, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate as a true strategic right hand.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of administrative experience within a law firm setting and be comfortable managing an extremely complex, high-volume workload with professionalism, discretion, and urgency. Prior paralegal experience is a plus, but not required. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of an executive’s day-to-day life from a professional standpoint. Very little personal assistant work involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an extremely complex and ever-changing global calendar across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Handle high-level legal administrative support and correspondence
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Managing Partner, attorneys, clients, and internal leadership
  • Prioritize competing requests and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Track deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of executive/legal administrative experience within a law firm environment required
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, managing partners, or C-suite executives strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly polished, resourceful, and proactive demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Prior paralegal experience is a plus

Pay range and compensation package:

  • $90K–$110K base salary
  • Bonus eligible
