Addison Group is partnering with our client, a nationally recognized professional services organization, to identify an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly polished Legal Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. The role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote day each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize correspondence and legal or business documents.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prioritize competing requests while anticipating the needs of executives and business teams.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Deliver exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Executive Assistant or Legal Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and executive scheduling tools.
- Experience managing calendars, travel logistics, document preparation, and executive communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
