Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Executive, Compliance & Governance responsible for ensuring the company adheres to relevant Malaysian laws, regulations, and internal policies through relevant monitoring, conducting risk assessments, implementing compliance frameworks, and promoting a culture of ethical behavior.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Manage regulatory compliance including inspections, documentation and visits with authorities such as DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, local authority and industrial authority.
Develop and enforce safety corporate governance policies and procedures.
Develop and enforce Workplace Safety environment in line with Safety and Health Regulations (OSHA Act 1994).
Conduct safety briefings, training sessions, and awareness programs for foreign workers.
Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Investigate and report any workplace accidents or safety incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Point of contact for safety wellbeing in the organization.
Ensure transparency and accountability in organizational operations.
Monitor and report on governance practices and performance.
Collaborate with senior management to promote ethical practices and corporate responsibility.
Assist in the preparation of reports for the board of directors and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance awareness and promote a culture of ethical conduct.
Your Ingredients
Candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Malaysia HSE Laws and Regulations.
Experience in compliance auditing and risk assessment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
