About the job:

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and people-savvy Events & Partnerships Coordinator Intern to help us scale our community impact through unforgettable experiences and strategic partnerships. This is a hybrid part-time internship (approx. 12–15 hrs/week).

The role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern who is passionate about curating meaningful experiences and developing powerful partnerships. In this role, you’ll support the execution of HerHive’s event programming and help grow our network of aligned speakers, collaborators, and sponsors.

You’ll be deeply involved in making our events not just happen – but resonate. You’ll also work behind the scenes to nurture partner relationships and streamline communications that strengthen HerHive’s industry leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, passionate about women-led communities, and wants real experience in event planning, partnerships, and brand communications.

Key responsibilities:

Assist coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, speaker prep, run-of-show docs, and follow-up with our ambassadors.

Assist research and identify aligned brands, speakers, and sponsors; assist in onboarding and communication.

Draft outreach emails and manage partnership pipelines in Notion.

Collaborate with our team to communicate marketing and promo materials for events.

Maintain brand voice and ensure a consistent, elevated participant experience.

Participate in building HerHive’s broader engagement strategy to increase visibility and community interaction.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organized, self-directed, and able to manage deadlines.

Familiarity with Canva, Flodesk, LinkedIn, and Notion (or quick to learn!).

Interest or experience in event planning, community building, or brand partnerships.

A team player with an eye for detail and love for thoughtful storytelling.

Passion for supporting women-led businesses and inclusive community building.

In their final year of university in marketing, business, communications or events
