National law firm is hiring an Events Manager to join their midtown Manhattan office:

The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful professional with:

  • 5+ years of law firm event planning experience
  • Excellent hospitality and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of events including procuring venues, administering invitations and tracking RSVPs, organizing catering, and liaising with vendors
  • Manage conference rooms and ensure technology requirements are met
  • Oversee office food and beverage inventory
  • Supervise the reception team, ensuring coverage and maintaining performance standards
  • Track costs and maintain budgets
  • Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:
