Salary range

succession planning
Expertise in litigation or alternative dispute resolution
Advanced knowledge of trust planning (e.G., life insurance trusts, spousal trusts, multiple Wills)
Familiarity with corporate
succession planning
, including variable share structures and tax-efficient strategies
About the role
If hired, you will:
Advise clients on Personal Tax and Estate Tax Mental Incapacity Matters Draft Wills and Powers of Attorney to achieve estate planning goals
Provide guidance on protecting minors through guardianship appointments and trust establishment
Design and implement trusts, including family trusts, Henson trusts, and inter vivos trusts.
Support business
succession planning
, from corporate reorganizations to shareholder agreements.
