Cooper, Adel, Vu and Associates, L.P.A. is an established statewide Ohio estate planning and elder law firm. We are actively seeking an associate attorney based in our Hilliard, Ohio Office.
The attorney will work in both our Trust Department and our Estate and Trust Administration Department. The attorney will meet with clients and their families to help navigate the Estate Planning and the Probate/Trust Administration processes.
The successful attorney will be organized and able to quickly learn legal, tax, and financial concepts, be able to communicate that knowledge to clients, and help clients efficiently complete estate administration.
Our starting Associate Attorney salary base is $70,000 – $90,000 depending on prior experience.
This is an entry level attorney position and therefore prior experience is not required and training can be provided on the job.
Compensation for mileage is paid, as travel is required outside of the office, including to the firm’s other offices. There is also opportunity for performance bonuses in this position.
The firm has health insurance and will pay 100% of the employee’s healthcare insurance premium. Vision and dental insurance is also available. We also offer a 401k with matching contributions and paid time off.
About the Firm: The firm was founded over 40 years ago and focuses exclusively on estate planning and elder law. With seven offices and over 40 employees including 18 attorneys, the firm is positioned for growth. Many of our attorneys have over 10 years or more experience with the firm.
