Position: ESTATE PLANNING/TAX ATTORNEY
Voll Recruiting is assisting a national law firm with their search for a Trusts and Estates and Fiduciary Litigation Associate with 0-4 years of experience.
This position will involve (i) assisting with fiduciary litigation cases, (ii) creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals and (iii) collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration matters.
This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must be based in Chicago area.
