Hooper Law Office LLC, the areas premier Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm, is on the hunt for a talented Attorney to join our dynamic team! You’ll be working primarily out of our Oshkosh location, however occasional travel will be required to our Appleton and Green Bay offices. Qualifications and Education Requirements

Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Relevant experience could include: drafting estate plans, Medicaid planning, estate settlement, special needs planning, and tax matters. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking is important. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter and able to work well independently and within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Role and Responsibilities

Design estate planning documents and plans to fit individual needs from basic disability planning to specialized planning

Consult with other advisors (Tax, Financial Advisor, etc.)

Administer Probate

Commitment to serving clients

Interest in providing education and building lasting relationships in the community
