The firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with at least one year of relevant experience to join its growing team. Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to evaluate their estate planning and elder law needs.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Advise clients regarding Medicaid planning, asset protection, and long-term care planning strategies.
- Assist clients with VA benefits planning and related elder law matters.
- Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding legal representation.
- Stay current on changes in estate planning and elder law legislation.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Georgia, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing estate planning, elder law, probate, or a related practice area.
- Experience drafting estate planning documents and advising clients on estate planning strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Compassionate, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
