Talis Group’s client, an award-winning Corporate and Business Litigation firm in Lexington, is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its Corporate Transactional, Commercial Real Estate, and/or Estate Planning practice. Highlighted Duties:
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts.
Navigate complex transactions with a focus on legal, regulatory, tax, and finance aspects.
Stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client structures.
Develop strong client relationships.
Occasionally assist with other legal matters within the firm.
Highlighted Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed in Kentucky or eligible for UBE transfer.
1-4 years of experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Real Estate, or Estate Planning (newly licensed attorneys will also considered).
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Self-motivated professional with a proactive approach.
